Project Overview

Daphne's Headcovers, a well-known brand in the golf industry, is famous for its fun and fuzzy animal themed golf club headcovers, everything from tigers to unicorns to tacos. As their customer base expanded, Daphne's recognized the need for a modern website that could better showcase their unique products while providing a seamless shopping experience. They turned to New Theory to revamp their site and transition to a more efficient platform.

Scope of Work

The project focused on replacing Daphne's aging WooCommerce site with a modern Shopify platform that offered stronger inventory management, visitor analytics, and an easier interface for both customers and staff. In addition to complete the platform migration, the new site needed to highlight Daphne's wide product line with a clean, engaging design.

Approach

New Theory worked closely with Daphne's to migrate their product catalog and customer data with minimal disruption to operations. We helped select a modern Shopify theme and customized the layout to showcase product photography while making the catalog easy to browse. The new Shopify tools also gave Daphne's improved insight into customer behavior and performance through analytics.

Results

The new website gave Daphne's a visually engaging and more efficient platform that supported their growing business. Customers now enjoy a smoother browsing and shopping experience, and the company saw measurable results shortly after launch: a 169% increase in revenue and an 83% increase in website visitors within six months.
